Our client is seeking a Senior GIS Analayst or Consultant to join their small team of Spatial, Engineering and Resources focused personnel. This new external consulting position requires a high degree of technical knowledge, together with qualifications and experience in spatial data management, spatial analysis, and projects administration.
You will have been involved on infrastructure concepts/planning as well as greenfield renewable project design, and delivery.
You will regularly deal with staff from other disciplines and business lines, with the person in the role needing to possess very good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
The Senior GIS Analysts role is one that exists within a fast-paced environment of increasingly complex technological change, and this position requires a commitment to keeping up with developments within the geospatial industry, and the pursuit of knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
You will have at least 5-7plus years’ experience within the geospatial industry and a strong knowledge and demonstrated recent experience in the use of the ESRI suite of software, including Geodatabases, Geoprocessing Tools and Extensions.
With a focus on delivering renewable energy you will join a leading company that has multiple new project sites across Australasia.
You will be an Australian or New Zealand Resident/Citizen and be available for an online interview on a few days notice.
