Our client requires the services of a GIS Data Manager to work on a field based GIS data capture and recording program.
You will be generally based out on-site at our clients project office in the Roma region of South Western Queensland.
Prior supervisory and or management is mandatory for this long term contract or staff appointment.
Day to day tasks will include managing a team of 5-6 field based staff and overseeing the collection and recording of the data. Prior experience in designing/building a database as well as superior ArcSDE/IMS and ArcGIS experience is required for this long-term role.
Reporting to the group manager you will spending up to 21 days a month in the field.
Full accommodation, meals and transport are provided and you will be rewarded according to your qualifications, industry experience and prior management training.
This is a hands-on role that requires both technical and professional management experience.
