This position will take a significant technical role in managing people and the processes of a busy North Queensland office. You will provide support to spatial team members and liaise directly with the Brisbane office on company operations. Specific accountabilities include:
- You will lead and represent the client’s contribution in the north QLD office to assist in the development and implementation of improved spatial integration.
- First class working knowledge of ArcGIS and an anticipated 5-10yrs industry experience.
- Interface with management and clients to drive GIS strategy to provide project solutions.
- Some data analysis and data processing will be required at times.
- Maintain effective communication with and involvement of internal and external stakeholders in the development and implementation of inhouse project delivery.
- Provide advice to head office and internal managers on GIS capabilities and data requirements in this regional office.
