Busy national consultancy is seeking to employ another Spatial Analyst in their North QLD office. This new fulltime role will see you sharing your work hours between your home office and the companies’ premises in far north Queensland. Full training, mentoring and support will be provided for the new employee.
It is envisaged that you will 2-5 years post-graduation training/experience and be competent using ArcGIS, ENVI, ERDAS or other imagery processing software. Those with Python or CMD skills are highly sought.
Day to day tasks could see you assessing and processing data for classification, aerotriangulation and orthorectification of imagery, raster surface modelling, developing scripts to optimize product generation, QAQC and reporting, and general mapping duties.
