Contract Labor Hire (CLR)
GIS RECRUITMENT understands the need to provide the best available candidates at the most competitive rate. Our inclusive hourly labor hire rates include payroll tax, insurances, superannuation, finance and administrative overheads as well as applicable WorkCover requirements. Our candidates complete and submit a GIS RECRUITMENT timesheet on a weekly basis for your authorisation and in-house project records.

Preferred Sub-Contract Agreement (PSSA)
PSSA's allow you to outsource employment headaches, including the navigation of FTE constraints, to the experienced team at GIS RECRUITMENT.  For a competitive fee we hire the candidate, handle the taxes, insurance, superannuation benefits, payroll funding, payroll processing and WorkCover requirements. You pay one simple invoice on a pre agreed billing term AND you get your preferred candidate from day one.

Contract to Staff Appointment (CSA)
Typically a minimum of six months in duration, this is a popular recruiting option to consider when sourcing sub-contract resources on project based assignments.  At GIS RECRUITMENT we offer our clients a substantial discount for sub-contractors moved across into a staff appointment. CSA recruiting also gives you the employer the opportunity to evaluate how the candidate fits into your corporate culture and to assess the real skills of the prospective employee before making a direct hire commitment.

Staff Placement Services (SPS)
This traditional form of recruiting is sometimes otherwise known as permanent staff placement. GIS RECRUITMENT will make available to our clients a selection of industry specific candidates to suit the position specifications as instructed. We provide a full reference reporting services as well as an industry leading free replacement guarantee all included within our competitive fee structure and general conditions.
